Jeff S. White, D.V.M., Executive Director, Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development

Jeff White, D.V.M., joined SJTRI as executive director and vice president of operations and strategic development in March 2009. At SJTRI, he is responsible for managing the preclinical research operations including delivery of research infrastructure services, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, research trials, training/education program acquisition and financial performance. Dr. White serves as the executive liaison to key SJTRI partners including customer executives, scientists, clinical investigators and grantors. Prior to joining SJTRI, Dr. White was senior director of operations atLyChron, LLC, where he most recently led national expansion of the company. Dr. White joined LyChron in 2002 and served as chief veterinarian and study director/principal investigator on all clinical studies. He was the decision maker for clinical and research advancement, as well as supervised the company’s staff that provided husbandry and protocol development services. Dr. White began his veterinary career at Animal Clinic Del Rancho in Scottsdale, Ariz. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kan. and his doctorate in veterinary medicine with honors from Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine, Manhattan, Kansas.
