Curtis S. Dale, C.P.A., Executive Director, Finance and Administration
Curtis Dale, C.P.A., joined SJTRI in 2008 as executive director of finance and administration. With nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and finance for pharmaceutical, distribution and manufacturing organizations, Dale brings a proven track record in financial operations and profitability. Prior to joining SJTRI, Dale was executive director, finance for Stiefel Laboratories Inc., an international pharmaceutical company, where he held the top financial position for the U.S. business unit with over $400 million in annual revenue. Prior to that, he was the corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Marietta, Ga. where he led overall financial reporting and analysis, payroll, credit management, internal controls and system implementations, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit management for the $800 million revenue company. Prior to that, Dale held financial positions with Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Distribution Division; Haagen-Daz, Inc.; and Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Company. He received his bachelor of science degree in business with a major in accountancy from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and became a certified public accountant in 1985.
